服务范围:整个大温地区。

*通常情况下,买方经纪人佣金是从卖方拿的,买方本身并不直接付佣金给自己的经济人。房子成交后,我所在的地产公司或者我本人会开给您支票。详见我曾经分给客户的支票样本,样本1样本2样本3

标准版:  传统服务模式,标准佣金,我会帮助找房,陪同看房,免费MLS 房源, Email自动搜索更新,联系对方经纪人,查询房屋具体信息,历史成交记录,周边相同物业成交价,谈合同,讲价格,等等。

平价版:我拿总佣金的75%,客人拿总佣金的25%,各项服务等同标准版,我依然会陪同客人全程选房看房,但Public Open House客人选择自己去看。

半自助版 :我留总佣金的50%,最低$3000,其余佣金分给客人。适用情况:我帮客人谈价钱,房子是客人自己先去看的,我没有陪客人看过这个房子,对方经济或者开发商同意我作为客人的经纪人加入,并且可以拿到佣金的情况下。(这个房子不可以是其他经纪人带您看过的,也不可以是其他经纪人曾经为了您在这个房子上付出过劳动的,此服务只限加拿大境内客户。)

全自助版:我留总房价的0.5%,最低$2500,外加少量杂费,其余佣金分给客人。适用情况:房屋价格客人自己已经谈好,我从来没有陪您看过任何房子,“全自助”方式多适用于开发商的新房子,或者朋友之间的已经商量好价格的房产转让,选择此服务项目的话请在看房前跟我先打个招呼,此服务只限加拿大境内客户。其他条件等同半自助版本。

新房购买*:

公寓,Townhouse,独立屋的期房我都有经验,无论是大开发商或者小开发商,我都合作过,和BOSA,ONNI,LEDINGHAM McALLISTER, MOSAIC, MORNING STAR等大型开发商保持着良好的合作关系。新房子不像二手房子,二手房是一个实物,实实在在的在那里,而新房子很多时候就是个沙盘,放个模型在售楼处,有的时候甚至只有效果图,这中间有太多东西需要注意了,有我在旁边,您可以放心很多。
